Complain about labour department

I app**** at labour department on the 23rd of January then it was approved at the 4th of April . They said I must wait for my 1st payment within 15days and I ve waited but still no luck then I ve decided to go there last week Tuesday on the 9th of May , they said the system just wrote close on my name so I must just wait it will be in within 5 days but still nothing .
