Complain

There is an employee by the name of Phillip Mashishi at Sandton labour center who does not deserve to be at the front desk as he is full of bad attitude. He does not know how to communicate to people and he thinks people are there for social visits. His bad attitude was even shown to his supervisors as he kept on back chatting to a customer even after the asked him to keep quiet. He must stop calling people by the name of chief as they use that name to undermine people. He kept on calling me with that idiotic name even after I told him not to call me that. His supervisor by the name of Lawrence Hlabisa helped me and apologized on behalf of him but what I didn't like about him is that he went to this Phillip guy while I was in the office and pointed into the office I was in and they started laughing. People who visit labour are all frustrated by losing their jobs and they don't need more frustrations that causes by inexperienced employees who thinks they own the department. Something must be done with that guy as his attitude stinks. The other day when I visited the same labour center he made a joke with the other employee whom he didn't like it and reported it but he continued talking about it as if nothing has happened the same way he did with me today.
