Complain

I was retrenched on the 31st of July,so l decided to go and apply for Ulf contributions funds I went there on the 18th of September which they told me that they have to submit my passport to Home Affairs for verification l must come back on the 29th of September,when l went there they told me that Home Affairs has not responded regards to my passport. I'm not working at the moment as l was retrenched l have 2 kids that l have to take care off l'm a single mum.lf l can not get help from Ulf where should l get help in time?

If Ulf does not give me my money in time no one is going to pay my bills & who knows what will happen. I'm so frustrated with their poor service you have to que for 4hours to 5 hours standing before they serve you & only to be told that you must come back after 4weeks .You have to go que there around 3am to 4am in order for you to be service.

&when it's 3pm you are told to come tomorrow because they close at at 4pm.Where is the sympathy for the people who have lost their jobs it's like they dont care about anyone at all .
