Client Service

I've lost my job in July then app**** for UIF since then I haven't received any payment from them. I called the EL office and a lady said they are making the payment, nothing happened when I called again I was told my application needs approval. I visited the branch and they want a UI19 up to August which the company won't be able to provide because I wasn't there so they wrote a letter. When I do a follow up now I must wait for the lady who assisted me to get a feed which they don't know when she will be back. Where is the client service there?
