Claims process nightmare

I have submitted my documents by Dept of labour Randburg for my maternity leave. Its now going into the 3rd month with me running up and down to the department with no success. Each time i am there, either someone tells me conflicting information from the previous person i was attended by or they tell me that my claim is in process i must come back next week, which this has happened on several occasions. I am not really stressed as i cannot pay my bills and its putting a strain in my budget not to mention all the costs that are associated with an infant. I find this very disappointing cause i have to use petrol that i don't have to go the the department just to be told stories. Iv submitted all documents they have asked me for and yet they UIF claims people still cant tell me what the issue is with my claim. This is unbearable and very much unrealistic that i have to deal with these issues as a new mother.
