CLAIMS NOT PAID OUT FOR 5 MONTHS

I`ve send in my claims on the 15th of Jun 2020 till this very day I haven`t received any payment, no one is able to assist me at the UIF call centre. I cant get thru, and if I do send my documents to provided e-mail addresses I don`t get any reply. I`ve been struggling for 5 months now just to get my claim thru and without any communication or assistance
