Claims complaint

The Department of Labour is useless. Claims process is poor and payments delayed. How can you shutdown in December and not pay people whereas you know that people need money. This shows how irresponsible and selfish our leaders and government employees are. I think the people of this country should treat this government exactly they way they are treating us. You phone the Call Centre and they are clueless. The Consultants are giving us different information regarding our claims and they can't even escalate anything. Please government fix this issue. We are in need.
