Claims after 6 months 😪

Why is it that we need to wait for our money so long, money that we worked for as opposed to these grants that people get free of charge? Today my landlord got tired of my excuse after 6 months of waiting for my uif returns what must happen should we go running to the media in order for people to do their jobs calling all government officials to please intervene what do we really call this? How long does this process really take?
