Claim taking long to be approved

On the 18th of march 2015 I went to the UIF offices in Alberton Johannesburg process my claim they told me to contact them after 8 weeks , then that's what I did but it's now the eleventh week and still my claim has not been approved and when I asked them the reason behind that they told there is someone else all my documents were forwarded to for her to approve my claim and an email has been sent to her advising her to urgently approve the claim so I have to call them after 10 days , I really don't understand why it can take soooo long to approve a claim , yes there is alot of people to deal with but 2 months I think it's more than enough , can someone please get back to me regarding this matter thanks
