Claim still unresolved

hi<br> I submitted my maternity claim at the Pretoria branch in march 2015 only to be told a month later that my claim has been captured incorrectly and instead of correcting that mistake I had to be told to go back to my employer and request for them to resubmit(bear in mind) the whole time im being made to go back and forth submitting documents to the same people I don't get paid on those months and its very costly... I find it to be very inconsiderate for the labour department to be making a woman whose just had a child to do all these things all because they are too lazy to do their own jobs properly... some of us who submit these claims trough the labour department we don't do it for fun, we do it because we need that money and its a really big struggle financially especially having to travel to the labour department and back to our homes countless times because when you even call you find that the details they gave you are either not working or nobody bothers to answer ... all I ask for is for the workers at the labour department to be very considerate towards people like me who make these uif claims when it is time to
