Claim still not approved since April

I submitted my claim in April 2024. I call weekly just to be told my case is being "escalated." I have submitted all documents that are required. I still cannot understand why I don't have approval yet. Why do I pay UIF every month, but I'm not able to claim the funds when I need them?
