CLAIM ***

This will be my 2nd review about the UIF contact center. The government has advised we can use the UIF portal to submit claims. But how is it EVERYONE is waiting so damn long for a simple payment. It was good always for them to receive money from OUR salaries, but when asking for help to get the money back WOW ITS A NIGHTMARE. There are people suffering from anxiety because of going back and forth to the UIF Department. How are you helping us ? You ask why there is war? Because the money we worked hard for is being taken for other people's benefits. I have a claim that is pending for so damn long, and I refuse to give up because dont ***** from me. Work is DAMN hard to get now a days and if you have anxiety and depression it worsens. We complain on this platform hoping things will change. But how is it changing. There is no assistance.
