CLAIM PENDING FOR HALF A YEAR!!!!

This is by far the worst gvt department!!!! I submitted my claim and sent the relevant documentation on the 30th of March 2021 and until date the status of my application says "sent to assessor". I received an email stating documents recieved and another email requesting additional documentation.

I sent all the documents requested I even tracked down the company I used to work for that closed down 4yrs ago just to get hold of the documents required but until today the status of my claim says "sent to assesor".

I have been calling the call center over and over, getting a different answer about my application on all occasions but nothing has been done about my pending claim.

I'ts been 6 months without an income while my documents are still not processed until today what is the hold up??? How can my status not change for so long? This is unacceptable!
