Claim payment

I claimed for my UIF money in February for maternity leave and i was told that my application will take 6-8 weeks to be processed, when i called the office to find out about the processing of my claims I was told that they are busy with the December and January claims. This is totally unacceptable because UIF takes money from us on a monthly basis but when it needs to help us with that money it cannot do so.
