Claim not yet paid

My husband is no longer employed.When he fisrt app**** for the UIF money,they told him that he is going to get it for 6 months.He got his first UIF pay in August.Then they told him to come back on the 21st of September to sign for the second UIF pay and to our surprise,they told him that it will be his last payment,so it is ***** as they claimed that he is going to get for 6 months.Since then,he hasn't received the money.He went to the branch to check what was the cause of delay and they made him to complete the forms that he already completed on the 21st of September.And they are not explaining what is the cause of the delay.It is not fair because we are depending on the money to pay some bills and buy food.
