Claim not yet paid

I went on maternity leave last year August, I then app**** for my UIF maternity benefits at Labour dept. in Mid September and to date I still have not received my payment and I don't know what's happening I even spoke to the team leader by the name of Bartlett and he assured me that will follow up on my claim but I have not received any feedback ever since. this is really frustrating as I need the money
