Claim not paid for 4 months

Good day my name is Andile Bizane I'd number *** I app**** for my UIF claim in May 2022 at Roodepoort labour department and the claim was approved and paid 08 June 2022 and was told to submit continuation of benefits after 30days and on the 19th July I called the call centre to find out if there is a difference if I submitted my contuation of benefits online via u-filling and I was told that the is no difference and don't need to go to the labour department and I submitted my contuation of benefits online on the same date via u-filling and that is when my nightmare started as I was told that I will receive payment within 7-10working days.After 10days I called the call centre to enquire as the claim was not paid and was told to wait for 15days after 15 days there was still no money in my account and I called again and was told the matter has been escalated.after several weeks I phoned again And spoke to a constant by the name of Pauline told me to wait for 35 working days, after 35 working days still there was no money paid I phoned again and again and was told that the matter has been escalated and they will get back to me,still no one got back to until I spoke to a consultant by the name of Nhlanhla who told me to submit another continuation of benefits online and will reviece money after two weeks still no payment was made to my account. I went to the Randfontein labour department to query and was told that they have sent an email to the call centre to unlock my money and still no money has been paid into my account. I have suffered a lot because of this as I have lost my ID and certificates for me to get another job and I'm unable to find a job without these documents and my 3 kids are suffering I have not even paid school fees for several months now. Please help me as my family is suffering because of this. I spoke to a consultant this morning she told me there is nothing she can do as I app**** for UIF at the labour department and the continuation of benefits online. This is the 4th month now without any income please help me my number is ***
