Claim not paid

I am disappointed with this department I app**** for maternity benefit if November 2020 until today June 08 2022 I haven't been paid.I got a payment of R48.79 on the 6 May 2022 and i was told its a test payments.Highly dissatisfied with their services shem😒😒😒😒😒😒😒.
