Claim not captured

on the 26th of May 2015 I submitted all documents required for my maternity UIF forms everything went well and I was advised to come bank in 6 weeks to check on my claim. I then went back today,spent the whole day only to be told that my claim had not been captured on the system. The manager then asked person responsible to capture my claim and to sorted up the process. I've always had faith in our government regardless of what others say but today,I was really disappointed in the labour department. We go through a lot to submit our forms timeously but our claims don't get captured and we need the money. Government officials need to start caring more about the people of this country.
