Claim has been pending for 9 months

<p>I have had a very bad experience with Harrismith Department of Labour. I claimed my deceased husband's UIF in Septmber 2016, and till today I am still waiting. i keep calling the department and they are also suprised that I have not received the money. I just wish someone can tell me what is happening or help me receive the money. i am a widow and have kids to focus on, and really to spend 9 months trying to receive the uif is a bit draining to say the least. Please help me.</p>
