Claim from April 2020, still no progress.

I've been calling their contact center since I've app**** for my UIF. I've initially sent all documents on the 13th of April 2020 as instructed, but I've been asked to resend the same documents again and I'm being told they're being sent for capturing.

It's a long story. I just want to know, who do I contact to get my money or if not, a reason why I'm not getting my money because the call center agents have no clue either of what's going on. It's the 17th month dealing with these guys, asking for what's mine.
