CIRCUS CALL CENTER

The worst experience ever. 9 months later, im still calling to follow up on my UIF payments as if im lending from them. The team leaders / manager is never available, they dont reply to emails, they hang up on calls....worst call centre. Claims always escalated and nobody ever knows whats happening. A CIRCUS THIS IS!!! TRASH.
