Cheating poor people out of their money labour dept

My son has app**** for his UIF In May 2018 he has been Givin the run around from the Labour dept in Eldorado Park since than a unemployed person that needed to go up and down to get documents that was registered on their system today they told him he does not qualify to claim his UIF because he submitted 2 days late. I need someone to assist me as this is really poor and also away that government is robbinh poor people out of their money.
