Chaos and Disorder at the Labour Department

I went to the Roodeporte Labour Department to claim for compensation because I got injured at work and my employer didn't report.When I got there FridayI was told to come back on Monday because they is a number of people they serve per day.On Monday I went there early and stood about two hours in the que before they let us in.The que was mixed and no one seemed to know who went to which office.When we were finaly directed inside we were told to que at the door,after an hour I went to investigate inside only to find out that people who came later had skipped the que and were already served.When I went to the information centre I was told get into another que so that I can ask.After finaly asking for were to go I was told to to come early in the next morning coz they had served enough peoplefor that day.when I told them I came early they said I must go to Braamfontein labour dept (in Braamfontein I was told to go back to Roodeporte Labour Dept) what I'm asking is where do I go for better and competant people.I lost a limb in a work accident.
