Case of three years been closed due to lack of comunication from DOL George - Lonwabo TUKU

Dad past away a few years ago and then I have sent papers to claim his UIF so that we can finaly put him to rest. A long time goes by like almost 2 years and then I went and used my time and money to send the papers again and everything they needed for the claim. Ever since i have mailed Sulette at George branch and she cc in mr TUKU(useless person to deal with) and i mailed him personally as well, but I never got a reply from his side. A few weeks ago my grandma got a letter stating that the case will be closed if the papers are not in by the 13th October 2017 and we tried mailing mr TUKU(Useless person to deal with). An yet no answer...on the 16th October i received a mail from the useless person stating that he asked his personal for the papers and never got the papers. Due to lack of brains and not responding to my emails, i will seriously never ever communicate with that useless asshole ever again.
