Good day, I am very disappointed since October I app**** for uif I got my first payment of R2900 and second payout was R681 and when I query on how is calculated didn't get a better clear understanding hence I did submit all my 4years from all my companies, on the 7th of December went and sign again since to date I haven't receive any feedback been calling sending email and all I get is automated emails, and when i call they advised matter to be escalated, was support to go sign again on 07/01/2025 but I decided not to since I haven't received payment, we depend on this money if we unemployed but labour treat us as we borrowing what is due to us, I'm seeking for help and advised since labour never clarify or attend to my emails on why I haven't received payments
