CANT GET UI19 TO BE CAPTURED AND CLAIM COMPLETED

I hope someone can help me that went through the same problem. I submitted my UI19 with my documentation at Roodepoort labour department and e-mailed it to the list of people they gave me and it has been over 2 months and I can not get someone who can help me capture the UI19 that my claim can be completed and I can receive my UIF maternity claim.
