Can't claim my UIF cos my surname was never updated

Yooh ai,so I got married in 2019 and in 2025,6 years later when I apply for uif they said they still have my ****en name and their system hasn't updated,I mean,ok fine they said I must submit my marriage certificate and I'd and I did and nothing is happening,nothing haibo I can't claim for my uif because of they can't change my surname,yooh peter assist please
