Cannot get my money UIF fees mus fall

I app**** for UIF maternity benefits in September 2015 already in the hope hat when I'm finally on maternity leave from 1 November 2015 the claim would be sorted and I would not have any issues as I knew I would be at home and that all calls made would have to be from my cell phone and wanted to avoid this.I keep on calling and the latest today is that the claim cannot be submitted so early so now I ask myself *** could that have not been the initial document of time.UIF fees must fall font see why we should pay this as they not interested in paying us on time......I'm sure if I was applying for a grant the money would have been paid out long ago haslte free....
