Cancer Patient .... Left my work due to Medical reasons

<p>My Name is William Smith ID ********** 184081</p> <p>I was forced to resign end May 2016 or end up being fired from my work due to my health, I have a colostomy having had cancer, I handed in my requested medical documents to the UIF in Roodepoort on the 15th August 2016, I contacted them today on (011) ********** they declined me, I am now not able to work due to my medical sistuation I am a 52 year old man I must wait until early 2017 for the last operation before I can be employed again. I have paid UIF most of my life, It took me almost three months to find out how to apply for UIF due to my medical situation, please I am asking for assitance.</p>
