Can someone please give proper feedback!!!

I have been waiting 13 months for UIF to be paid put. It's been approved and I have completed a request for payment 5 times already. Daily calls to the labour center and the advisors reply with " you should have received your money long time"," I don't know what's happening, your everything seems to be in order" no one can tell me what's happening to my payment. I even had a manager tell me that the city is *****ing the money hence I have not received any payment. This is so frustrating to be chasing after your own money for 13 months. Then request to speak to a manager is ignored. They drop the call on you or the manager is never available. The best one, my manager with get in contact with you and this never happens.

They push blame to paymasters whom they don't have contact with "apparrntly" and refuse to give is some sort of detail in order for us to continue chasing after our money. I'm so fed up with this people. Not holding onto promises and keep using covid as an excuse.
