Can never ever get threw to uif call centre for help

I Have been trying to get threw to your call centre for the past 2 months, everytime i call, you are experiencing high call volumes, and have to hold for 20 - 25 mins then my airtime gets finished, when will i ever get help , this is ridiculous to hold on for help. All i need is my Login Username and password, i have forgotten my login username and password, is this so hard to get help with
