I have tried numerous time to phone to find out how to register a new domestic worker. On u filing it only allows you to update your details. The forms needed to complete are not available online. They advise you to phone and register yet you can phone and hold on for minutes on end and keep been told you a valuable customer with no response. If you going to offer a paperless system and things can only be done online then all the options must be available.
