Call Centre not Available for weeks

Does the call centre actually exist? I have been calling the number ***for weeks now but just cannot get through. I really want to do the right thing and pay my domestic's UIF BUT it seems to be impossible!!!!!!! The new system is NOT user friendly and does not allow me to make payments or chnages. Pls can someone call me to assist????
