By far the worst and unprofessional Department of Labour Law Paarl

Department of Labour Law in Paarl are far the worst experience we have had so far, for 3 years we have been struggling to get my parents marriage certificate because according to Labour Law the marriage certificate needs to look exactly like the death certificate, we then finally got the marriage certificate it's been a month that my mother that's been driving in and out to Paarl to make sure that they doing their jobs only to find that whenever my mother gets to Labour Law like I said it's been a month when ever she gets There Hessie at Department of Labour Paarl only then realized that she still have to attend to my mothers matter.... The only rude response she gets is and mind you this is from the supervisor the person who needs to assist his clients with respect and support "DIDN'T HESSIE TELL YOU SHE WILL LOOK FOR YOU FILE" who does that ha, for 3 years we have been struggling to get my dad's UIF. These consultants at Department of Labour law are all unprofessional all they are good for is teatime and gossiping about each other in the presence of the clients.

These are the issues we need to deal with and nothing gets done it's OK if you are being mistreated or your claims are not attended to but if u get rude with them you are being put out of the office.

I hope and pray that something gets done because this is unacceptable.
