Bull Serving - Khoza 5:30am strategy

Worst service ever , i went to Kempton park branch on the 28th of July 2022 given an appointment for the 3rd of August 2022 went there on the 3rd and was sent back casue the U19 was not correct, went back and corrected it and came back on the 4th of August 2022. On the 4th we were let in to the premises around 5:30am by Khoza who i though he had service only to find out that they do nothing. iTs been more than 14days and nothing has been done on the system regarding my claim. They check the document and make you sign the U16 and not put date on it. And nothing done on the system i believe they do this to cheat the queue. They really inconveniencing a lot of people and really neglecting their duties.
