Broken System with ever more broken agents

My fiancé has been on unpaid maternity leave for months now, she has done all the relevant documents to have her UIF pay out and since the end of October 2021 nothing has been done. She calls the agents every single day and sometimes twice a day to find out when she will be getting her UIF. They agents are under trained and have never given her the answers she needs. She is sitting with massive debt now and im doing my best to cover what I can. Please for the love of god, pay her what she is due, she has been paying UIF for years expecting to have been covered when she needs to be, the system is broken. The system is *******, you have ****** her money from every pay cheque and have provided her with no source of income when it is vital to her survival.
