Boksburg branch-UNPROFESSIONAL AND SLOW

<p>The telephone rings non stop before someone eventually picks it up after 5 mins, i was put through to over 5 people who could not assist me to check if an application was approved or not. The staff's telephone ettiquette is very terrible, very rude and no proper customer service s****s. UIF application was done on the 5th of Feb 2017 and it is still not approved. im a very disappointed at how slow the process is.</p>
