Blocked Ufiling account

Ticket number C-*** logged 2022/02/21 Only in my follow up call on 24/02/2022 were I notified to send in a copy of my ID, not by the consultant who logged my call for my UFiling account that is blocked. Only in this follow up call were I notified that it can take up to 10 working days for my account to be unlocked. I need my Ufiling account to be unblocked urgently for me to be able to access my UIF claim status. Can a supervisor or person in charge contact me urgently Thank you, Jacob Knoetze
