Black Christmas

Made an application online on the 22nd November on behalf of my brother and on the 4th December he was told that his application is successful and that he should submit a continuation which he did on the 6th December. He than received an sms stating that he will receive his refund within 5days however to date he still has not received anything and Christmas is just a few days away and the pay Master is closing soon. Please pay us what's due to us and stop taking us from pillar to post, it's Christmas for heavens sake
