I app**** for UIF a few months back and every officer was giving me the run around they didn't scan my documents afta they said they would. After the long ques one friday I popped into Latetia Hammonds office she was about to knock off but she sat down and listened to my problem attentively. She put her hand bag down and started to check what was wrong.I came back Monday and she sorted my uif things with such great kindness.IV never experienced such great service from a government officials.
