Best service in government

When you hear about service beyond expectations, they are talking about a gentleman called Delion Spolo. I've been claiming since 2022 July online but when I noticed this online service is a dud and you'll always receive the same answer, I called the provincial hotline and they advised I go to the department because the online applications "JUST DON'T WORK"

Delion Spolo is of 5 star service when it comes to assistance in service, I just wish government departments would show more appreciation and recognition to their employees going over and beyond service.
