Benoni Department of Labour is Useless

The Benoni department of labour is useless and clueless with the uif claims. My spouse has opened a claim since August 2020 after being retrenched, he has received absolutely nothing to date instead when ever he goes back to check, they tell him there is a document missing and he always tells them he submitted, then then check in the aystem and find it and write recapture then give him a date to come back. Mind you he needs to be out of the house by 5am to go que if he wants to be back hime in time because it is always full and the service is very slow. I also have just lost my job and the thought of going to claim at the Benoni Labour department makes me worry as mine might also take forever to pay and in the meantime both me and my spouse have absolutely no income at all and we have 2 kids to feed and they are not getting child grant.
