Benefits not paid

My maternity leave started in May 2015 and i logged a ufiling claim for it. Documents were requested and supp****. An amount of R198 was paid in my account on the 5th of June and that was the birthdate of my son. I phoned the call centre to enquire about the amount as it is very small. I was told it was a mistake and i have to fill a continuation vof payment. It was done and they requested a birth certificate. I scanned and faxed the certificate almost everyday because they always told me that it is not visible enough. I went to Benoni labour centre and they scanned it (1st of july) nothing happed. I phoned again and they told me i must fill the continuation of payment again. I went back to Benoni labour centre (23 july) and i was told i will get thr money after 10 days, nothing is still paid. Now when i call they tell me they will escalate it and nothing is done. My leave is almost to the end and i haven't receive my benefits still.<br> <br> This is my money and not goverment money. Why am i suffering to get it?
