Being ungrateful at Labour Department

I need to say that I have a very crabby phone and I am not one of the brightest nor one with a lot of patients,but after a struggle of 1hr+45 min I managed to file my Uif claim with The Belleville Labour Department. Their Web Online Support was very patient and helpful, I appreciated it very much, thank you! Many people are sitting in a desperate situation, especially now,with this Covid situation, but try,try and try again, especially going Online and don't get things right the first,second or third time! I've been also in the que 3 times,didn't succeed to get my foot in the door.After arriving the fourth time and saw that to stand in the que,will be a waste of time,I went home and motivated myself to try again,to go Online,with my ****py phone.I reckon, my desperate need for food,was my biggest motivation! I succeeded at last.Even got a immediate confirmation and reference number. Thank you all for trying and doing a Job,which is difficult to do every day and taking a lot of **** of rude people Be blessed and may the Lord give you strength and keep you save from this Covid Virus ***
