BEEN SIGNED FOR UIF BUT I DON'T RECEIVE THE MONEY

Hello my name is Amanda Sekile, I'm staying in Ugie I've been signing for the uif at Dept of Labour here in Ugie, fine I received the 1st payment on the 9th of March 2022 then I signed again on the 11th of April but I never received any money since today, I did go there to ask they apologized and told me that it was a human error somebody didn't capture whatever that was supposed to be captured hence the money is not being paid, I signed again on the 9th of May for the 3rd payment mind u I haven't received the 2nd payment the one I signed on the 11th April, still the money that I signed for the 9th May is still not there becouse the 10days that said I must wait its passed, so somebody is not doing their work becouse it's clear that they haven't captured anything since no money is there, here I am waiting for the money that is not being done but i've done everything right on my side, all the required documents are there by them... I am so fed up becouse I'm still supposed to go and sign again but I'm signing for sweet nothing becouse the money I don't receive. Please help
