Bad uif service

I'm very disappointed with this company, I was not working for good full 3 months and I app**** for uif. The whole 3 months was finished without getting anything, I lived by credits, I have a bond house, a car and family to look after. I even tried to put my child on sassa and she was declined because I have app**** for uif. Good 3 months no income, how do i survive with my family. I've made countless call and emails no assistance. I kept sending documents that I have sent over and over. Only now that I'm employed again the give feedback that my uif was declined because I'm employed. This department must be closed there no such benefits as uif I'm angry with your service. Even the people working there are not doing their job correctly how can you say 21 days for everything do be approved and now you take 90 days to solve the matter actually not solved. I really want to take this further all that I've suffered you'll pay not going to let this go, I will escalate even further. You don't even deserve the rating of 1 star.
