Bad Terrible service

I have been pushed from pillar to post, I had to stand in line during lock down in a line for 8 hours, no social distancing, I have pictures and did submit to the Dept. of Labour. I app**** online after this as it was seriously dangerous for me as I have a suppressed immune system. I app**** on 07th of April for continuation of benefits and till date have not received anything. I have called UIF centre on numerous occasions was told in 5 days I would receive it, was told because of public holidays that was the delay, was told go to my nearest centre, which I did on Tuesday completed register and left. The security guards run the show there, if they dont want you in they just lock the gates, this goes for all races, old ladies have to stand in the boiling hot sun for hours only to be turned around at 10 when they lock gates and say that it for the day. Please could you assist me with regards to my claim for April, I told them if I have completed cycle just tell me, they so no you will receive it within 5 working days again, swept under carpet, in 2 days I can complete continuation of benefits for May. When I went onto system yesterday there was not even a profile for me. I have no idea what is going on and they just running circles around me.
