Bad staff mentality
I was standing outside the mitchells plain building in town centre with my 2year old baby when i needed to ask 1 of the staff members something when he was done explaining to the people about social distancing. I politely greeted him and his 1st response was that "i am busy". I told him but you walking inside i just need to ask a quick question and his response was again "im busy". As he was walking through the crowd another african mother asked him something about her papers and he gladly explained to her what to do then i called him again and said wow i just wanted to ask a glass of water for my baby. He didnt even reply he just walked on and everyone just shook their head towards him. The one guy thats always thats always there in the morning to open up came to me and asked if he could help me i said yes please i just wanted to ask where the board was that you must sign your name on for the uif claim and he politely pointed me to the book. I know its not peter nor siya but i dont know that rude guys name. To refuse water to a 2year old baby is just disgusting behaviour and rude to not even greet back when greeted. I wasnt there to beg nor was i there to keep him from his duties. Some people need to get their attitude checked because we all have problems but we dont need to be rude to each other.
