Bad service Worcester Labour office

Their service is very poor in Worcester Labour office. Since February I went to claim UIF then I was given date March to sign . Exactly the day I was supposed to sign I was told that my Bank form is not signed by the bank official that they should have notice before my signing date but unfortunately they are not doing their job properly and same day I went back to the bank and they signed a new form and I submitted again. And I was told to come back after 7days I went back again I signed another form and I was told to wait for 10days after 10 days I sent there 2times again without getting nothing... What I want to know they do understand that we currently not working to be going up and down as if we borrowing this money, we paying taxi fare every single time we going there. If I were asked to rate their service it would be zero shame
